When the need is clear, IES defines the outcome, work, timeline, and responsibilities. The engagement is priced around the project rather than an advertised hourly rate.

Assess the operation onsite

When the symptoms are visible but the answer is not, IES studies the operation firsthand and delivers prioritized findings, practical recommendations, and a path forward. The assessment is a paid engineering engagement, with travel handled separately.
